INDOOR DINING

UPPER + LOWER LEVELS

Mobility

Our venue has two levels with no accessible entrance to the SECOND floor. 

If there are any mobility restrictions or concerns it is the guests responsibility to alert our team so we can best accommodate you. 

We are happy to take requests for upper/lower level dining but aside from severe mobility restrictions we do not guarantee exact seating.

You may be moved from upper level- lower level and vice versa. 

All guests are seated in a way that ensures the best service and experience possible.

YEAR ROUND PATIO

With weather proof screens that enclose full sections of our patio equipped with heaters, blankets, and some extra special touches, we're looking so forward to enjoying our patio all year long- for the winter months think "aprés ski"and for spring/summer months thing sunset lounge! 

*We are unable to guarantee any temperature control or full coverage from sun.

If you are sensitive to outdoor elements please inquire about indoor seating. 

OPEN AIR PATIO(opens June 1st!)

Our open air patio is a rooftop inspired experience where we spend beautiful mornings and late evenings.

Our open air patio is equipped with umbrellas but may be weather dependent.

We have done our best to provide indoor seating options for guests in the event of rain but not all seating is guaranteed. 

*We are unable to guarantee any temperature control or full coverage from sun/wind/bugs etc.

If you are sensitive to outdoor elements please inquire about indoor seating.

We ask that no guests move umbrellas/heaters etc. as we work to ensure all guests have equal coverage where possible.*

SEATING TIMELines

     

 All tables will be advised of a time line for dining. Please note we have an online booking system which allows guests to book online according to the below timelines. We cannot guarantee there will not be a table scheduled to arrive behind you.

Please allow us to honour all guests reservations by arriving on time for your scheduled reservation and allowing our service team to ready tables as needed. 

Parties of 1-3 : 1.45 hours to dine

Parties of 4-5 : 2 hours to dine

Parties of 6 : 2.15 hours to dine

Parties of 7-9 : 2.30 hours to dine

Parties of 10-12 : 3 hours to dine 

EVENTS

At this time we are at capacity for large event requests.

We are accepting wait list additions at [email protected].

For parties of up to 12 please contact our team directly at [email protected]

LARGER PARTIES(8-12 guests)

Parties of up to 8-12 can be accommodated at our first seating, or last seating for each service as follows:

 

BRUNCH | 10:30AM

LUNCH | 11:30AM or 2PM

DINNER | 4-5PM or 8PM

RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED
 

Reservations can be made directly via email: [email protected], via TOCK, or in person.

Your reservation will be considered confirmed once you have spoken directly to someone on our hostess team via phone, or through e-mail confirmation, or through TOCK

Parties of 5+ cannot book through TOCK and can contact the restaurant directly for availability by email:

[email protected].

Please note all parties of 5+ will have an automatic 20% gratuity applied to the final bill after taxes.

 

We will happily hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes if we do not hear from you, you will be considered a no-show.
Please be sure to give us a call/ email if you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate you. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All parties of 5+ will require a credit card on file in the event of a no-show, or alteration/cancellation of your reservation with less than 24 hours notice.

You are able to transfer your reservation to another guest.

There is a $40 per person fee in the event of no-show/cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

 We understand that sometimes things happen out of our control.

Our team will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution that works for you!
