We are SO excited to be able to open our doors to you again.

Please take a moment to review our updated policies regarding reservations, and new guidelines we have put in place.

Our goal is to keep you and our team as safe as possible while aiming to help you take your mind off of the craziness of the last few months by providing a comfortable and engaging dining experience.

We ask that during this unique time, you are patient with us as we navigate this very strange new “normal” and show our team kindness and understanding if a policy or guideline doesn’t seem to make sense. We absolutely welcome all feedback and inquiries, but please ensure to direct your questions to our management/ownership team at an appropriate time.

We kindly ask that if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms OR have been in contact with a suspected or known case of COVID-19, that you refrain from joining us. If you feel symptoms developing while you are with us, please quietly alert the manager on duty, and we will do our best to assist you with leaving the premises.

Most common symptoms:

dry cough

Less common symptoms:

aches and pains

sore throat

loss of taste or smell

a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes

Serious symptoms:

difficulty breathing or shortness of breath

chest pain or pressure

loss of speech or movement

***As per the City of Hamilton By-Law 20-155, wearing a mask or face covering will be required in enclosed public spaces as of as of July 20th 2020. This means all guests who enter the indoor portion of the restaurant for use of washroom, or when dine-in service is permitted, will be required to wear a face covering. Face coverings will NOT be provided by the restaurant and we require guests to bring their own***

Face coverings while dining on the outdoor patio are not required.

Our staff will be self-monitoring for symptoms, receive a temperature check upon arrival for their shift as well as fill out a self-assessment form prior to starting their shift. Staff will not be permitted to come to work or remain at work if experiencing any symptoms, or if they have been in contact with a known or suspected case of COVID-19.

Our front of house service staff will wear a face covering of either a mask if indoors, or face shield if outdoors while at your table. We will constantly review and reassess these policies to ensure our staff safety and health remain a top priority.

We will be providing hand sanitizer upon arrival and encouraging all guests to take advantage of the hand sanitizing stations we have available for you.

We ask all guests adhere to social distancing guidelines and maintain space between yourself and other guests/ staff, specifically when arriving on the property, when using the washrooms, and when exiting the restaurant.

We will be ensuring all tables are spaced 6 feet apart.

Our entrance will have markings to show you where to wait to ensure physical distancing if another guest has arrived ahead of you.

Our hostess team & service staff will direct you to the appropriate routes to take for washroom access.

Our reservation system is in place to control the flow of traffic and eliminate congestion at main entrances/ exits.

Please be ready to provide contact information from one member of each household (name and phone number) to allow for proper health department tracing protocols.

We have moved to single use recyclable menus for the time being. To lessen our impact on the environment, we do encourage you to view our menu from our website on your smart phone/ device when possible. Your hostess will ask your preference upon arrival.

We will maintain our usual intensive hygiene routines for hand washing as well as cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, using food-safe sanitizers and a virucide for high touch surfaces.

We have and will continue to stay in direct contact with our health department/ inspector outside of routine visits to receive the latest information and guidelines.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read through these updates, and thank you in advance for your understanding as we adapt to new protocols and mandates as they are released.

We are hopeful by joining us you are able to feel safe, relaxed, and maybe even take your mind off of this unfortunate pandemic for the duration of your stay.

We look forward to connecting with you again in person and providing food, drinks, and a service experience to remember!

All my gratitude,

Kayla Sticklee
