We recommended that you make a reservation before joining us. With an already limited capacity in addition to new capacity restrictions, we want to ensure we have a table available for you. Although we will always try to accommodate any guest who joins us, we may not be able to seat walk in guests based on capacity restrictions. We DO NOT have a waiting area should a table not be available.
We are currently limiting the amount of guests to 6 guests maximum per table. Parties of 6+ may inquire about booking two or more separate tables.
Parties of 6 or more will have an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final bill(s) after taxes.
Once seated at your table, please remain seated at all times unless you are using the washroom facilities or entering/exiting the establishment. We do not allow mingling between tables at this time.
Your reservation will only be considered confirmed once you have spoken directly to someone on our hostess team via phone, or through e-mail confirmation.
TABLE GUARANTEE FOR 3+ GUESTS
All parties of 3 guests or more will be required to leave a credit card on file to confirm their reservation.
There will be a $40 per person charge applied in the event of a no-show, change to number of guests, or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
The no-show charge will apply to same-day reservations as well.
In the event that the presence of COVID symptoms among your party is why you cannot join us, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the no-show fee for you to use at a later date.
As per Ontario guidelines, as well as adapting a business model to help ensure our restaurant can succeed, all tables will be advised of a time line for dining. These timelines are as follows:
Tables of 2 will be allotted at 1 hour and 30 minutes to dine.
Tables of 3 - 4 will be allotted 2 hours to dine.
Tables of 5+ will be allotted 2.5 hours to dine.
These policies are in place to ensure we can allow the most amount of guests to join us, as well as ensure we have time to sanitize, organize and welcome all guests without crowding anyone in the restaurant.
Outdoor diners are NOT required to wear a face covering, unless entering the building for washroom use etc. If entering the building for any reason you are required to wear a face covering as per The City of Hamilton by-law.
Please note all patio dining is to be done at the guests own risk.
We are under severe capacity restrictions, and at this time are unable to guarantee a space for you indoors for dining should it rain, get too hot, too cold,if the mosquitoes get bad etc. We are not able to guarantee a fully sunny or fully shaded spot. We ask that you do not move umbrellas around. Our team will do their best to ensure all guests have some shade available to them.
Once you have arrived for your reservation on the patio, moving to an indoor table may not permitted.
We will do our best to mitigate weather risks and ensure to monitor radars, but please know that last minute changes to climate are entirely out of our control.
We will still operate with light rain/ risk of rain. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorms during your stay, your food will be packaged to go and your bill will be delivered.
For parties of 3+ : In the event that our team decides to not open the patio due to weather, you will be contacted directly by our team and your card will NOT be charged.
If making a reservation for INDOOR DINING, you and your guests will be required to wear a face covering while indoors except when eating/drinking as per The City of Hamilton By-law. We ask that you use your face covering whenever a member of our staff is at your table.
If you are medically exempt from wearing a face covering, we will happily offer you patio seating if available or take out from our pick up porch.
We will NOT offer indoor dining to guests unable to wear a face covering at this time.
Once you have arrived for the your reservation indoors, moving to an outdoor table may not be permitted.
We will be staffing our indoor sections directly depending on reservations made.
